At Lewis-Smith Properties & Enterprises LLC, every great deal starts with a real conversation—and that’s where LaToya steps in.  She wears two hats - leading the company as CEO and serving as  the primary Acquisition Manager.  As the founder of the business, she brings a unique combination of strategic vision, hands-on hustle, and personal connection to every part of the deal process.  LaToya helps guide sellers through what can often be a stressful situation, offering honest solutions and fair cash offers.

With a background in Business and Finance, LaToya leads the company’s growth strategy, branding, and relationship-building efforts. Whether it’s designing marketing campaigns, forging investor partnerships, or guiding the team through market shifts, she ensures every decision aligns with the company’s core values: honesty, speed, and results.​

Tiara Smith – Operations Director
